Tim van der Schyff

Tim has worked for leading UK real estate agencies including Savills and Foxtons, specialising in prime central London. Most recently, following on from his role as Head of Lettings for John D Woods’ 44-branch network, Tim was Group MD for a private equity-backed firm acquiring and integrating real estate agencies. Prior to co-founding this partnership, he founded Vander Elliott’s sister brand Van der Schyff Property, which focuses on home buyers. Tim is known for his personal touch, attention to detail and his exceptional ability to close deals.

Nina Elliott

Nina has been a trusted adviser to CEOs and board members internationally ever since she began her career at McKinsey & Company. An experienced executive, Nina’s track record includes building successful global, EU and UK operations. She is a real estate investor, and was Head of Underwriting at UK hybrid estate agent Nested. Prior to co-founding Vander Elliott, Nina set up Rosenberg Estates, the predecessor to this partnership. Nina is known for her values-driven and personable approach, and for putting her clients’ interest first.
